RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.

Returns

  • We accept return requests within 2 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or negligence will not be eligible for return.

Exchange Policy

  • If you’ve received a wrong or defective product, we’ll be happy to offer an exchange.
  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Exchanges will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item/size.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • For prepaid orders, once the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we offer store credit only, which will be issued once the returned item has been received and verified.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Send us an email at customercare.stylehouse@gmail.com or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. We will guide you through the return process and share a return shipping label if applicable.
  3. Pack the product securely and hand it over to the assigned courier partner.
  4. Once the product passes quality check, we’ll process your refund or issue store credit/exchange.

Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return request if the product does not meet our return policy requirements.
