RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.
Returns
- We accept return requests within 2 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse or negligence will not be eligible for return.
Exchange Policy
- If you’ve received a wrong or defective product, we’ll be happy to offer an exchange.
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Exchanges will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item/size.
Refunds & Store Credit
- For prepaid orders, once the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we offer store credit only, which will be issued once the returned item has been received and verified.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Send us an email at customercare.stylehouse@gmail.com or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- We will guide you through the return process and share a return shipping label if applicable.
- Pack the product securely and hand it over to the assigned courier partner.
- Once the product passes quality check, we’ll process your refund or issue store credit/exchange.
Important Notes
- Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to reject any return request if the product does not meet our return policy requirements.
